Een beweging naar het boek “U bent verantwoordelijk”
Deze parcours liggen aan de basis van constructief, uniek en duurzaam ondernemerschap.
Een Unique Entrepreneur heeft als mantra: duurzame waarde creëren, dit vanuit de kern van haar/zijn bestaan. Vrij en autonoom, verantwoordelijk en dienstbaar.
Een U.E creëert opportuniteiten en laat de realisatie ervan niet bedreigen door angst en twijfel.
Een U.E. is zich bewust van zijn zwaktes en beperkingen.
Een U.E laat zich begeleiden in het ondervangen van beperkingen maar hij/zij verliest nooit haar/zijn “Big Picture”.
Een U.E laat zich inspireren door andere U.E’s en omringt zich met de juiste medewerkers.
Een U.E denkt niet in termen van succes of mislukking maar in termen van resultaat, feedback, conclusies en doorzettingsvermogen.
Een U.E. vergeet haar/zijn parcours niet en deelt de opgedane ervaringen met anderen.
Dit leidt tot een multiplicatie-effect dat het veranderingsproces op duurzame wijze gaande houdt, wat behoort tot de ambities van de beweging.
Het doel van de Beweging is het selecteren en verenigen van individuen die, als Unique Entrepreneur, op elk hun eigen en unieke manier, een ondernemend leven willen leiden en dit in hun directe omgeving toepassen en multipliceren.
Elke kandidaat U.E. wordt begeleid volgens de principes beschreven in het boek “U Bent Verantwoordelijk”. Dit in een ‘one to one’ parcours van 10 sessies. Exclusief, onderbouwd en in alle discretie.
Je ontdekt de kern van je bestaan (je ‘maatschappelijk doel’), je laat alle belemmeringen los en focust je op openingen en opportuniteiten die zich aanbieden.
Je ontdekt waar je goed in bent en hoe je dit vertaalt naar jouw authentieke talenten. In mijn boek benoem ik dit als de ‘Onvermijdelijke wil’. Het is een drang, een drive, die je onmogelijk kan uitschakelen
Je maakt je identiteit concreet en zet jezelf in de wereld zoals je werkelijk bent.
Je positioneert je in jouw sociaaleconomische omgeving en draagt zo bij als Unique Entrepreneur.
Als U.E. wordt je de oprichter en CEO van jouw NV IK. Je krijgt inspiratie om er zelf de statuten van te schrijven. Fundamenteel hierbij is de eerste paragraaf, ‘het maatschappelijk doel’. Verder zal bepaald worden op welke manier de bestaansreden van jouw NV IK kunnen geïmplementeerd worden in jouw sociaal economische context.
Het is de missie van Jan Adins om dit parcours te begeleiden. Gedurende dit proces, en op de juiste momenten, zullen creatieve elementen worden ingebouwd. Zoals bijvoorbeeld unieke en diepgaande contacten met inspirerende mensen uit de financiële, industriële, academische, culinaire of artistieke wereld. Zij maken op hun beurt deel uit van het netwerk van U.E.

In reference to the book “You are responsible” (“The Me Inc.”)
“Unique Entrepreneurs” is based on the experiences gained over the course of entrepreneurs’ paths. Individuals from industrial, financial, academic and even artistic environments, with whom the impact of self-realisation on individual and collective well-being is evident.
These paths form the foundation of constructive, unique and sustainable entrepreneurship.
A U.E’s mantra: creating sustainable value, originating from the core of his/her existence. Free and autonomous, responsible and considerate
A U.E creates opportunities and does not allow their realizations to be threatened by fear and doubt
A U.E is well aware of his weaknesses and limitations
A U.E allows guidance in overcoming limitations but never loses sight of his/her bigger picture
A U.E is inspired by fellow U.E’s and surrounds himself with the right contributors
A U.E does not think in terms of success or failure but rather in terms of result, feedback, conclusions and perseverance
A U.E never forgets his path and shares his experience with others
This leads to a multiplication effect that sustains the change process in a sustainable fashion, which in turn contributes to the Movement’s ambitions.
The goal of the Movement is selecting and uniting individuals who, in their own unique way, strive to live a life of entrepreneurial spirit as a Unique Entrepreneur and who want to apply and multiply this in their immediate environment.
Every U.E-prospect is guided by the principles set out in the book “You are responsible”, during a one to one course over ten sessions. Exclusive, substantiated and discreet.
You discover the core of your existence (social purpose), rid yourself of all obstacles and aim your focus on all the openings and opportunities that present themselves
You discover the elements you excel in and how this translates into your authentic talents. In the book, this is called the “inevitable will”. It is an urge, a drive that is impossible to switch off
You materialise your identity and position yourself in the world as your true self
You position yourself in your socio-economic environment and in doing so, contribute as a Unique Entrepreneur
As a U.E you become the founder and CEO of your “Me Inc”. You are inspired to write its own statutes. It is crucial the first paragraph states your “social purpose”. From here, it is determined how the ‘raison d’être’ of your Me Inc. can find its implementation in your socio-economic environment. It is Jan Adins’ mission to guide you through this process. Along the course, at the right time, creative elements will be integrated such as unique and profound contacts with inspiring individuals with financial, industrial, academic, culinary or artistic backgrounds. They in turn are part of the U.E network.
